How we manage patient recalls

Our practice uses digital tools, including Abtrace, to help identify when patients are due for important health checks or monitoring. This supports safe, timely care and ensures we follow the latest clinical guidelines.

Please call between 11.30am and 15.30pm to enquire about your test results (blood, X-rays etc) as our reception staff will have more time to deal with your request between these times.
